Wine + Food = Sweetheart Dinner

We partnered with our local bed and breakfast over Valentines Day weekend for a food and wine pairing. It was such an intimate yet playful atmosphere and we had an absolute blast! Jeanna, owner of Whispering Pines Bed & Breakfast prepared a 4 course meal that was absolutely DELICIOUS! We paired four of our wines that we thought complemented them the best and it made for a wonderful evening full of fun, laughter and a little romance…it was Valentines Day after all. 🙂

Here is a glimpse of the dishes from the evening with brief descriptions that Jeanna provided us with.

If you are making plans to visit or stay in the Nebraska City area, we cannot recommend Whispering Pines enough! Jeanna is wonderful host and the food is delicious! Pay a visit to the Orchard while in town and your trip is complete! 🙂 (Actually, there are a TON of attractions throughout Nebraska City, so we invite you to visit those too!)
